Questions
- What is the difference between a hard and a soft 20L bottle?
- A hard bottle is thick and rigid, made to be refilled many times. A soft bottle is lighter and costs less. Pick the type you have when you order a refill.
- I don't have a 20L bottle. Can I still order?
- Yes. Order a new bottle: it comes full, and the bottle is yours to keep and refill with us.
- Is there a minimum order for 20L water?
- No. You can order a single 20L bottle.
