How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free everywhere in Nairobi.
How does a refill work?
Our rider swaps your empty 10L or 20L bottle — any brand, as long as it is not badly damaged — for a full one of ours. You only pay for the water.
When can I order?
We take online and phone orders Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 6PM. Orders placed outside these hours are delivered from 8AM on the next working day.
How can I pay?
Pay with M-Pesa when you order — you will get a prompt on your phone — or pay cash on delivery.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum for 10L and 20L water. 500mL and 1L bottles are delivered in orders of at least 20 bottles.
How fast is delivery?
About 30 minutes in Kikuyu and about an hour elsewhere in Nairobi, during ordering hours.
Which areas do you deliver to?
All of Nairobi and its surroundings, from our base in Kikuyu. See the delivery areas page for the estates we serve most often.
What if my bottle is damaged or my water leaks?
Tell the rider, or call or WhatsApp us within 24 hours. We replace leaking, unsealed or damaged bottles free of charge, or refund you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, by calling or messaging us. M-Pesa payments are refunded to the paying number within 3 working days.
Do I need an account?
No. You only give us your name, phone number and address. You can choose to save them on your phone for next time.
Will you ask for my M-Pesa PIN?
Never. You only enter your PIN on the official M-Pesa prompt on your own phone.
