Questions
- How does a refill work?
- Our rider swaps your empty 10L or 20L bottle — any brand, as long as it is not badly damaged — for a full one of ours. You only pay for the water.
- Why do you ask which bottle I have?
- So the rider brings the same size and type (hard or soft) as the empty one you give back.
- I don't have an empty bottle. What should I order?
- Order a new bottle instead. It comes full and the bottle is yours to keep; after that you can order refills.
